The Consortium for Genomic Diversity, Ancestry, and Health in Colombia supports local research capacity in genomics, bioinformatics, and precision medicine. The CÓDIGO webserver aggregates data from Colombian genome projects, integrating genetic ancestry with variant population allele frequencies and clinical associations, and shares summary data with the global scientific community.
